How do I return my ChiliPad?

At Chili Technology we strive to make the best products possible for you, but we realize that we get it wrong sometimes and when that happens we will do our best to make it right.

If you purchased a ChiliPad within 90 days from our online store you are eligible for a return. We can not process returns for ChiliPads purchased from third-party retailers, so you will need to contact them directly to find out their return policy.

If you're a customer from outside of the USA please contact us and we will see if we can help you with the returns process.

Please note that SHEEX® products are not eligible for return through Chili Technology.
