Since you inspire us every day, we would love to be able to share your pictures and videos of our products with others. We may request to share your social media, review or product post on our social, website or marketing channels. Such channels include mainly our digital channels (chilitechnology.com, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube) but could also include email newsletters, catalogs, ads and other marketing material created and published by Chili.


By responding #yeschili on a video, image or gif post after a request from us on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube) or email, the hereafter referred to as "picture(s)", you agree to the following:

You provide Kryo Inc., makers of the Chili brand, and its subsidiaries, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in Kryo Inc.'s sole discretion and without any obligations to you, to use your picture(s) in marketing and / or advertising, including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your photos.

Hereby, you certify that (i) you own all of your rights to your pictures, (ii) you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your pictures to transfer the rights herein, (iiii) you are 18 years or older or have parental consent and (iiii) the use of your pictures by Kryo Inc. or Chili will not violate any third party's rights or violate any law.

Hereby, you release Kryo Inc. from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and freeing and agreeing to keep Kryo Inc. and all persons acting for Kryo Inc. or Chili from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
