Follow the steps below to re-pair your OOLER to your phone or tablet when you see the 'Re-Pairing Required' banner.
- Hold down the power button on the OOLER until the Bluetooth logo starts flashing (hold down for approximately 5 seconds)
- In the OOLER app, tap the refresh icon if it is not already spinning (this is needed so that the app can search for the OOLER)
If the issue persists, remove the device from the OOLER app by tapping on the Gear on the top right of the OOLER app and then 'Remove Device'. Then re-add the device to your OOLER account. For further assistance, reach out to our support team.
